Lulu Odago provides warm support for adults and young people using evidence-based and focused psychological strategies recommended by the Australian Association of Social Workers. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their concerns and develop a care plan aligned with their values to create meaningful and lasting therapeutic wellbeing.

She has social support and therapeutic practice spanning over 10 years. The range of her practice experience includes counselling for personal development, mental health and mood disorder support needs. Lulu’s clinical work follows a client-centred approach delivering a range of psychosocial services in the private sector, non-profit organisations, and community settings.

Primary therapeutic modalities employed incorporate:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Interpersonal Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Mindfulness
  • and Solution Focused Therapy

She is also influenced by the principles of strength-based, motivational interviewing and systemic approaches to create an environment that identifies individuals sources of resilience.

Lulu holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Anthropology, a Master degree in Social Work, and is a registered member of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
